Login:
When I log into LeagueStat.com, there are no games listed for me to score.

You will need to contact your League Administrator to grant your user account access to the game file.
Officials:
Why aren't there any coaches/officials listed in any of the drop down menus?
You will need to contact your League Administrator to add your coaches or officials to the database.
Why is the coach or official I need not listed in the drop down menu?
You will need to contact your League Administrator to add the missing coach or official to the database.
The Time Zone set for the game is incorrect? How can I change it?
The time zone is set by the League Administrator; you will need to contact your league administrator to have this corrected.
Lineups:
The player I need to add to the roster is not listed, how can I add them?
If the player is not listed in the roster, click the "Add new Player" link at the bottom of the pop-up window. Enter the first and last name of the player in the appropriate boxes, then click "Search." Sometimes the player you are trying to add is already in the league database, if that is the case, a table will be displayed with the player ID, first name, last name, current team, position and date of birth. If this is the player you need to add to your lineup, click the "Transfer This Player" button. If the player you need to add is not in the database, click the "Continue Adding Player" button to proceed. Fill in the information in the New Player form. At the bottom of the form, in the "Team History" box, make sure that the current team, season, and start date are correctly set, then click Update. This will add the player to the database, and make the player available to be added to the lineup.

NOTE: In many cases, the player is already in the database, however the start date in the player's profile is incorrectly set. This is especially important for games that are scored after they have been completed. If the date in the player profile is after the game date, the player will not be available to add to the game sheet.

What should I do if a player is listed in the roster twice?
Select one of the player entries to add to the game sheet and notify your League Administrator to have the duplicate player removed.
Penalties:
The penalty I need to add is not available.
You will need to contact your league administrator to have the penalty added to the database.
Why are penalties appearing twice?
When you click the Publish button on a tab, your web browser connects to LeagueStat.com to enter the data into the database. This can take a few moments. If the Publish button is clicked a second time during an update, the most recent entry will be submitted twice.
Scoring:
There are no goaltenders listed in the drop down menus.
In this case, on the lineups tab, the "Goalie" checkbox is not selected. Remember to select both your starting and backup goalie to ensure proper scoring.
